It did killed grouping on casual level.
I still prefer the squadrons over the trust system.
Trusts really donât like to AoE.
I wouldnât mind an AI for normal and HC dungeons.
Not really, the people who mainly do normal and HC dungeons are playing solo for the most part anyway, so thereâs really no harm in it.
Might even be helpful, it would give them time to explore the dungeons the way they want, and bliz could add things such as âYou need to use X spell to do Yâ
Could help teach new players about how the game and their class works.
Yeah sadly in WoW you are insulted even if you are not doing anything wrong, like getting blamed as tank for not holding aggro except itâs the hunter who is masspulling everything with his pet with taunt on. I think the community is miles better in other MMO games.
Hey! We donât have that problem any more thank you very much. The taunt turns off automatically now when we enter a group instance.
But I guess if youâve seen it happen recently then you were unlucky enough to be matched with one of the worst Hunters out there.
I mean literally sending in the pet to masspull. Not just accidental.
Oh, I see. Well, some of us are good boys and just let the tank control the flow.
Youâre judging it off of your experience alone.
Whilst for the majority of dungeon runs Iâve personally had very little issue over the years, you do get the âbadâ ones and in all honesty I think an AI system would be fine so long as itâs limited to say Normal, Heroic, Mythic (no AI on any tier of M+ dungeons, defeats the entire point).
Ai is great for any healer or tank looking to engage in content but scared to because of lack of knowledge or practice or even both!
This system allows Tanks, healers and heck even DPS do practice runs at their own pace.
This is an absolutely fantastic idea and one I think Blizzard should introduce.
For those who donât want AI itâs simple, donât que for it and enjoy the speed and social side of other players!
You might see some Hunters mess up at the moment though because, unlike every other ranged skill, Death Chakram autotargets like a melee skill. Took a while to notice it was doing it myself.
reroll dps? noone looks at dps.
Thatâs why ignoring is an option. Man up, ignore that person and end of story.
I am not sure why you make it such a big deal. Itâs not like you will not be able to find others to play with. There is a queue for a reason.
Also, from your own post I think itâs clear that person was not even rude, he just gave you some pointers to improve yourself. This sounds like a you problem.
Aye, i think it would be good for normal and HC.
They could even add âscenariosâ where as a DPS you have to interrupt some cast to have your AI survive and so on. Use the AIâs to teach new players a bit about how to play the game.
I play this game as a solo game tbh. I do questing, leveling and keys as solo. If the others in my group in keys was AI, it would not matter too much. And yes, i do keys up until +20 in previous seasons, 95% of these in PuGâs. And tbh, i dont really enjoy interacting with people while playing⌠i do that enough at work and in other situations =) âplay another game thenâŚâ nope, i enjoy WoW, and is the only game i play =) I just play it as a singleplayer-game most of the time.
So, I should drop doing damage and wait for it to be ready again just for a meaningless interupt? Right
I guess my experience differ alot from yours. Where i play grps work fine. When i que on my bard theres max 10min wait
I understand the argument âItâs an MMO so you should play with peopleâ, but itâs not always that simple. All but 2 of my friends have left the game, and Iâm not a huge fan of guilds. They seem just as anti social as playing alone.
Queueing as a DPS is the longest it has ever been, so your dungeons will be very far and few between unless youâre playing a tank or healer. I think AI is required, especially for those who play late at night/early morning.
Perhaps make a community ingame with like-minded people?
Would help you a lot.
they should add gold proving grounds to use lfr/hc dungeons queue
I donât myself. MMORPG doesnât stand for group content lol. Iâm solo 90% of the time unless I want to do a dungeon for a quest or something. Infact most of my grief suffered has been in guilds lol.
I enjoy WoW because of the progression and being in the world.
The social aspect was mortally injured end of Wrath and killed in Cata, no 1 speaks, you might get a hi and bye in dungeons lol. When it was only your realm you had to be nice or get blacklisted now its who cares as you will never see the same people twice.
I didnât even get a hi in my last dungeon
