I have recently been kicked on my alt for questing at the moment a new tank arrived. Despite topping the meter on DPS and keeping the group alive as the healer with kind of new. Might be an ally thing to kick everyone for breathing.
I have never been kicked for no reason on Horde, but then again I am not likely to need LFD on Horde.
However I would still prefer the de-buff despite my experience levelling an alt. Normally when I see the vote kick pop up itâs because of a DC or poor behaviour.
2 Days ago when i was leveling my shaman on Horde i joined a dungeon run we were all doing our job and the random mistweaver monk decides not to heal us when the tank was tanking 5 mobs at the start of SFK we wiped cause healer just for the lulz i guess refused to heal so what we should have left him in the group with us and tell him good job keep not healing us you are doing great it was a mistweaver belf monk btw.Thankfully we got a decent priest healer afterwards.
I didnât say just âkickâ, I said unjustified kick.
I have seen countless kicks but they were all justified. Most when people were just toxic, afk without saying anything, dcâd or refusing to listen.
The last unjustified one was a couple of months ago when I was levelling my magâhar there was an afk mage, and they votekicked another guy instead of him not sure if they did it on purpose or just misclicked, but after that I whispered him and offered to boost his queue as I was healer.
nah thatd just lead to more and more afkers. If you donât get punished for being removed, theyâll get xp until they get kicked and then auto queued for another to afk in ⌠30 minutes ensures they get a hell of a lot less xp per day of afk botting and thus more likely to get detected for using botting programmes to auto queue for dungeons
Ive played since LK, have ~30 top lvls of which a lot lvld through dgs, also did hcs a lot. All in all many thousands, all through df.
I know what im talking about. If other ppl claim to see other things, fine, but stating you see 1 every three years is lying. There is no way if you play df it is that few. Impossible.
Some one tried that with me in SFK a few years ago. Letâs just say they left voluntarily before me.
you know, last time I was banned i told myself, Iâd be REALLY NICE. but maaaan, some people are making it sooo hard.
As far as I know this system still remains, in fact Iâm pretty sure â Came across people who just wanted to AFK upon entering and could not be kicked for 2 minutes.
whatâs the purpose of such system anyway. lol
you cant go on a kicking spree or smth?
If you are talking about BRD i can assure you not everyone want to do only the faster route with mole machine.
I have recently leveled a few alts and there are as many players who want to do the fast route as players who want to do some run that involve killing as many bosses as possible, but there are a bigger number of players who dont care.
It was easy for me because i was the tank, you only need a group where at least the tank wants to do a complete run and there are at least 2 players who also want the complete run or dont care and just follow the tank. In that case even if there is one who complaint about being a slow route he cant do nothing, just play or kick.
Dungeon groups is totally democratic, there are no right way to do dungeons, you only need to insist until you have a group where the majority want a complete BRD run, in that case the ones who complaint about being slow are the ones who will be kicked out.
The group and not just the person that was kicked should receive some form of âpunishmentâ.
How is this fair?
Itâs fair if there is an Incentive for all 5 players that started the dungeon together, finishing that dungeon together.
The incentive could be Bonus rolls on all the Bosses in that Dungeon or 30% increase in gold and exp earned.
When the group kicks someone, they get a debuff for an hour that prevents them from benefiting from this.
So instead of using punishment to change behavior in dungeons, give players a positive reason to finish the dungeon as a group.
Thats⌠so f ing stupid, imagine being incentivised not to kick someone who wonât do anything
Itâs not fair in any way shape or form xD
Language
So you would keep someone in the group thatâs not doing anything, just for an incentive?
Not doing anything, justifies being kicked, well, to me at least.
You again,

Maybe your definition of âunjustifiedâ is different than mine.
Allready stated that, but later you gave reasons for justification, which seem ok to me.
Who hurt you
Well yeah thatâs how it works if, for example, we take only 10000 players you said you got kicked once in 3 years then there will be atleast one person everyday who got kicked and some of them come post on forums.
