Exact same problem. But it started yesterday, around 10pm. World MS went to 2500 and was not able to do anything in game of that. then I tried to close and open then game and battle net wont launch. Hoped that during the nigh it somehow will be fixed but sadly still nothing changed and can not log in the battle net or see the friend list. Game stuck on black screen and half loaded bar for character selection screen.
Tried all the things from support page for this problem, nothing worked.

Now shows the error 3006 - Server maintenance or unavailability when trying to log in the battle net . (from Lithuania)

started since yesterday evening about 9pm. seems like certain ISP’s being blocked. can’t reach eu.battle.net, retail wow have trouble loading world instance, classic wow was and still working fine.
edit: pinging eu.battle.net shows reachable destination no packet loss with 33ms
I have the same issue. Battle.net app, I can log in finally, but that’s it. Cannot see friend list and anything. Had to login manually using wow.exe

Just an update:
Tried again this morning - the app loaded and content was present, but my friends list was empty. Tried to launch the game - no luck.
Went to installation folder and ran the game from there. It loaded but it needed my credentials.
After successful entering them - for 10-15 mins there was a blank screen and on top there was the bar loading. After 15 mins got “You have been disconnected from the server” error.

Still cant login on ENG EU servers. Looks like problem on axis between east and west 
I’m getting a little bit different isssue. Can login into game but can not interact with anything - mail, NPC - no meniu on right-clicking. Started to happen from yesterday evening. HC server. Location Republic of Moldova

Limited time event is happening and they giving us bugs and not fix the things …
UPDATE: logged in as usually, looks fine now. Lets hope wont get bugged again.
I live in Eastern EU and got the same problems with the launcher. It either doesn’t load completely or outright cant connect.

Same. Not a single blizzard game launches. Poland (TOYA ISP).
In the blizzard app, it constantly reconnects.
In mobile hearthstone it is stuck on the loading screen
Once I switch to a mobile ISP it works.
I have tried switching to my mobile ISP and i can confirm that the launcher works without problems but the moment i try to connect with my wired ISP i get same issues.
