Also having problems logging in from UK, Virgin ISP, error code 1137. I can’t access websites via the Blizz app, but can if I go through my browser.
my resolution was, retry retry etc after a zillion times it worked
Im back online. Just kept retrying 10000 million times. I think its a problem between blizzard and isp. Couldnt explain it otherwise.
Same, just managed to get on.
Can’t get on either, virgin is my service provider. I have been trying for over 2 hours now 
I had to re download battlenet on my OH’s pc but I had to use a vpn to do so. Started re downloading wow with the vpn still active. When the errors started it killed her wow totally.
Well, it seems to have sorted itself now, for me at least

Please try the following and reply with the results:
- Click the start button or the Windows key on the keyboard
- In the search field, type: cmd
- Right-click on CMD.exe and select Run as Administrator.
- Enter each of the following lines at the Command Prompt:
nslookup eu.actual.battle.net > c:\lookup.txt
nslookup eu.battle.net > c:\lookup2.txt (whatever URL you are experiencing problems with).tracert -d eu.actual.battle.net > c:\tracert.txt
tracert -d eu.battle.net > c:\tracert2.txt
(‘telnet client’ feature needs to be enabled on the windows to run below)
telnet eu.actual.battle.net 1119 > c:\telnet.txt
telnet eu.battle.net 443 > c:\ telnet2.txt
Text files will be created to the C drive. The information in the text files can then be copy and pasted on to here.
