yeah thats probably your best bet. i have looked through various threads and noone has posted a solution, cant find a blue post about it either, sorry. 
its ok. shouldve done something at the beginning of shadowlands, but i mostly played on my hunter and never really noticed the “problem” until now.

The cat is wrong color, should be neon blue.
on a funny note my druid got chased around Dalaran by two roleplayers (a bald void elf and a dwarf) who said she looks hot. Felt like i was in GTA V and scooby doo mix.
I had to fly then stealth in cat form to lose them.
Sounds like a RP realm.

Have you bought all the books from the Legion class hall and unlocked all the forms related to the artifact?

The issue has been solved through a ticket. Just saying it here incase someone has a similar issue.
You cant customize in the barber using glyphs anymore, you can only use marks now.
