Which is exactly what people who are levelling are doing.
The exact point. You nailed it.

Good. Now go out and do some quests and stop complaining.
Quite clearly not going to level alts cause of it.
Phase 1 was meant to be the phase where people got alts to level 80 and whatnot cause there just isnât anything much to do, but thatâs been taken off the table for a lot of folks.
So people raid log and eventually quit.
But go on, tell everyone how this situation is better.
Then dont.
Imagine people playing the game without RDF back in vanilla wrath. What a strange thing that people actually had alts back then.
Phase 1 is very similar to how phase 1 was in OG Wrath, only everything a bit easier and faster, so I totally do not understand what you mean here.
Yeah except everything was new back then and we already have everything else from 3.3.5.
And thatâs still ignoring how weâre not getting it at all, this is just a modified âitâs coming in ICCâ which it isnât.
No this is not a modified something. Pure wonmder that you even expected RDF to be in at the start. I had no expectations, because RDF was not on the top of the list of things I was looking forward to in Wrath, but had you asked me, Iâd have answered that of course it would come at some later time, not at launch. That it did not come at all was a surprise to me as well.
PS: Wrath levelling is kinda new to me after 14 years of other
This is still âitâs coming in ICCâ.
Itâs not. The concept has been removed from WotLKC completely.
Yes and this surprises me at least as much as your expecting that it would be in from day 1.
Then youâre not listening.
Oh, yes, but it STILL surprises me that you EXPECTED it, not that you want it.
I expected it to not be removed entirely, thatâs all I expected.
I play tank only in friendly group, the hassle with pugs is too much.
Im slow tank, so in every single time ninjapulling and flaming becomes an issue.
âPull faster, bigger groups!â
I tried to add description on my LFG info, but it doesnt matter to the HURRY FAST people.

Then this is meaningless.
Then this is meaningless.
Is it though? Cause we have the abomination they replaced RDF with already.
It just doesnât accomplish the same goals.
Statement 1: I expected DRF from day 1 (phase 1)
Statement 2: I expected it to not be removed.
Selfcontradictory circle-argumentation detected.
Statement 1: I expected DRF from day 1 (phase 1)
Iâve never said this. Iâve said that phase 1 is where you do alts cause itâs the slowest phase and itâs where you find out you might not like the class youâve chosen.
Call it confusion at getting RDFs replacement but not RDF if you like cause the current tool doesnât do a damned thing for changing levelling.
30 minutes trying to find a group for my level 70 priest as a healer
Practical advice.
Queue up and forget it. Probably the tank will invite some people, without listing, seeing there are many available. Just do quests.
If you fancy, sounds like itâs a great time to play a tank.
Developers (product owners) cannot rely on forums, many opinions and also turncloaks here. What they do see, however, is player participation and other metrics (age in queue snapshots, cancel rate). If you are correct, they will react automatically - but only after Dragonflight, which is likely their current focus (different teams but helping out).
At 70 you might actually convince some BC people to run with them. People even discussed some 70 normals or heroics being superior in terms of xp/hour. Bits of Shadow Labs and Botanica are better than a dozen Utgarde Keeps in a row.
If your sole motivation was to play healer, as you canât even hire an 80 tank due to penalty, you should probably unsub and tick the relevant boxes. Again, this is something that makes it to the statistics. No need to uninstall, ragequit, just wait for the next itch.
Otherwise, you might as well go shadow. Helps you see the quests and in my experience, it gives a lot more revenue.
Gehennas being PvP also doesnât help with potential ganking at the entrances.
the solution to the tank shortage is simply to roll one your self and then you will see why no one does it outside their selective group or friends or guilds
Thatâs what I did and yet I donât understand the issue? I donât think people care that much about speed during leveling specifically. Maybe itâs gonna happen more often at HC/gearing phase at max level. Prot/Holy set so I always play the supportive role regardless.
