Cant join guild becouse "find guild" button missing

I wanna join some guild but when I click on Guild and Communities find guild button is missing dont know what to do and I am not in a guild right now dont know why its saying I am in Hell horde

Hi Ileda The Guild and Community Finder is offline at the moment. It’s getting some upgrades and will be back soon though
