Another Serb reporting in, EVERYTHING Blizzard on ALL of my devices just can’t connect.
Ok, I just cleared DNS using ipconfig /flushdns and then i restarted router.
After that i was able to log in again.
Also, i logged in directly from WoW, i did not log through battle.net app.

Same here, can’t login nor to Battlenet App nor directly in World of Warcraft. Everything else is working fine except Blizzard. My ISP is “MTS Telekom Srbija”.
I tried other DNS like Google DNS, Open DNS and Cloudflare DNS, but I still can’t login. Then reverted to my ISP DNS and did tracert to Blizzard Europe IP addresses. Here are results:

Seems to be strange nature of problem because everything works very fine on web but battle net can’t connect…
I ve logged through battlenet application.
Tried to flush dns then reseted modem and still does not work.
Restarted router, worked fine.
for all of you,i used my phone (PERSONAL HOTSPOT) and with that i was able to go to shop / and i could also download blizzard app
Been restarting my router for the last 6h+, contacted blizzard support, MTS (my ISP) support, both are pointing fingers at one another.
