Title says it all really. If i remove authenticator and change it back to the way it was, it works again on the old authenticator. You know if you want to move the old authenticator into your latest version of your mobile app, please make sure it actually works first…

You shouldn’t need to remove it at all.

If you have the previous version of the Authenticator, make sure that you download the new one, and simply log into the app. Follow the migration instructions, which take a few seconds.
