Cant log in to Battle.net and WoW

Hello there,im not able to log in to my battle net and wow.Battle net is stuck at connecting,3 of my friends also experience this.

Are you in Serbia as there seems to be a problem with a specific ISP there - Blzbntbgs80000011

Actually this is probably a better thread - Can't log in battle.net Some people have solved it by restarting their router; others are still having problems I’m afraid.
