The worst part is that there is a service that makes it possible to scale your server capacity but they just straight up don’t do it and “fix” it when it needs to be fixed. These are simple settings you could do in the morning and have it solved for before noon. But it will cost money and that’s Blizzard’s greedy kryptonite…

And to add fuel to the fire, the issues have yet to be acknowledged on any of their twitter pages. So we are left to air our frustrations to a brick wall.

sorry, must be my fault for being logged in & wanting to do something in the hours before launch, rather than sitting in Org for 3 hours while people spammed trade with “an al” & “did somebody say…”
yes, I see it now, I should have planned ahead & spent the evening on the playstation.
By “plan ahead” I guess they meant “not play the game”.

Are you dumb? It’s nothing to do with queues.
I was logged in at 8pm ST with no queue. I was then disconnected at around 11.20pm and haven’t been able to get back in since.
Character screens not loading is nothing to do with queues for your individual realm.

Then all you’re reading is “I can’t log in” and nothing beyond that.
Plenty of people are saying how they have been logged in for hours and got booted out. Hanging on loading screens. Black character screens.
All of this is happening over multiple realms on both EU and NA.

Its funny…Haven’t Blizzard themself said that SL sold the most copies of any expansion ? So didn’t they see the anticipation and couldn’t foresee the amount of ppl that would like to get in to the game ? Couldn’t they spawn more instances and layers for Draenor, Kazzak and other bigger realms just for a week or two when all soothes down? I know they like to squeze last $$, but i think the customer satisfaction in the long run could pay more 
What’s even better, we are having this issues for hours now and still not even a “we are aware of the issues” post. They probably launched the expansion and went to sleep. They will put a queue on the server tomorrow morning.

Oh yes i’ve been stuck for an hour now at a black character select screen. Greyed out ‘‘Enter World’’ button.
