Can't login to Battlenet App nor to World of Warcraft

I can’t login to Battlenet App nor directly in World of Warcraft. Everything else is working fine except Blizzard services. My ISP is “MTS Telekom Srbija”.
I tried other DNS like Google DNS, Open DNS and Cloudflare DNS, but I still couldn’t login. Then reverted to my ISP DNS and did tracert to Blizzard Europe IP addresses. Here are results:

Hey there! Here to pitch in as I am also using MTS Telekom!
I am having a slightly bigger increase in ms. It started yesterday.
Instead of being the regular 40 ms world and home, now it’s 60+. There’s no lag nor anything, but it’s rather annoying.
I have restarted my modem to see if the issue would get fixed, but then I found myself unable to login to bnet!
After restarting the modem again I could login, but I still have 60ms.

Seems to be a regional issue and I’m glad I ain’t the only one haha.

So if you both have the same ISP you should contact them and ask if they heard from others about this issue. Maybe other WoW players have already approached them and there is just no fix yet. I also heard that alot of players from austria experienced issues with A1. As far as i know, A1 also has ISP companies in serbia,czech republic ect. So the issue might really start there. I would recommend contacting them. I would also love if you guys could post what solved your issue in the end.

Using MTS Telekom Srbija also, still cant log in but bigger problem is that i tried to reinstall battle.net client and i cant install it now eather.
Following

I also tried to reinstall the Battlenet Desktop App and it just got stuck halfway through “Updating Blizzard agent…”. The way I managed to reinstall it was by trying to launch Heroes of the Storm. When I did so, it installed the Battlenet App instead.

Of course, the issue still persists almost 24 hours later. When I contacted MTS yesterday and described the issue, I was informed that Blizzard had issues with the servers since 03:00 on Sunday and that the issues got worse after 19:00. The woman said that she hopes that Blizzard fixes it soon and then told me to call again if the issue persists.

I called again today and they told me that they will look into it and try to fix it as soon as possible… as per usual.

I honestly just hate this country…

Dont worry guys the birocracy ect connected to ISP´s is just as bad as anywhere. A1/Upc and all the other companies we have here arren´t better.I´d rather talk to blizzard support than to my ISP´s support.

I have been 3 times on live chat today, they cant help.

I rebooted router few times, had public IP addresses 178.220.210.63 , 178.220.177.55 and 178.220.22.138 which is active now, but still can’t login.

I have the same problem from yesterday 2th December, I am from Belgrade Serbia, using the same provider as you guys. And battle.net still keeps me offline, regardless my attempts to restart the modem, reinstall battle.net again and nothing helps :frowning:

I think it would be helpful if everyone, both people who got it working and people who still can’t login, could post their public IP address (you can check that on sites like whatismyip. com) and WinMTR (eu.battle. net/support/en/article/27780) results for 185.60.114.159.

Hello. I experienced same problem as all of you. I could not log in Battle. Net account from Sunday and still have problem. end up reinstalling game and all on my comp but nothing helped till GM said to me that some other people experienced same problem from my region. So here I am and have simple question did anyone logged in their account. I contacted MTS internet provider and report issue, will they resolve or when it is not known.
I would like to know did anyone have success to log in recently.

How do you post those results? I used WinMTR and save my files, but can’t attach them, no button for that
