Can't transfer character, buggy mail in mailbox

I have the same problem.

  1. Logged in game.
  2. Had Brew of the month in inbox.
  3. Drank it, deleted message.
  4. Tried to transfer character, says mailbox needs to be empty.

Things I’ve tried:

  • Remove all ignored players (you might have mail from a blocked player), I do not have mail from anyone.
  • Remove WTF/config.wtf
  • Reset UI with /console cvar_default
  • Remove addons

I’ve sent a ticket in. It was extremely difficult to reach the actual ticket sending, the AI kept redirecting me to useless “solution propositions”.

GM gave me two solutions to attempt, neither worked, third option was to report bug to forums. So I’m reporting it here.

My main character is now stuck in Earthshaker :expressionless:
