Been trying for a bit now to transfer to Ashbringer, but its telling me to empty my mailbox, it’s completely empty and no auctions…is there a way to fix this? Blizzard has no live chat and only web ticket which takes days
There might be mail from a quest you did. Others have had this issue.
I have absolutely no mail in my mailbox. Has there been any solution to fix it?

Ah, true, hadn’t noticed. Sorry. But it still may be a quest item coming a bit later. Hope you get to transfer soon. Have you written a ticket?
I did, and i haven’t done a single quest in over half the day, i just made the decision while i was out shopping with my wife lol.
Make sure not to have any auctions,guilds,arena teams or mail.
If you still have the problem make a ticket, if it’s money related blizzard responds almost instant and if not wait 15-20 days for them to respond.
I have none of the above, completely eligble to transfer, minus this mail bug.
