You are blind fanboy, because you believing their statements about how hard to catch bots.
You are blind fanboy, because you defending them.
Its freaking obvious, they simply dont care how many bots running around, all what they need - less effort, more profit
Itâs not some religion here. I do not âbelieveâ in anything.
Itâs a simple fact of the matter - bots are a menace in just about any decently sized MMO.
And just like everywhere you have these people rush in and start posting how itâs obvious and easy to catch and ban them.
But reality is - those 5 rogues you see in SFK with names like âFgartzzsâ or âJnbewwâ are merely a low hanging fruit bots. Just a drop in an ocean. There are hundreds of bots around with decent names mixed alongside valid players, you arenât even aware of.
They are much more difficult to spot and ban, and they are what makes the majority of gold around.
And if youâd research a topic a bit, youâd understand that in a year or two we will start getting Runescape type of bots here - bots that are almost indistinguishable from players - able to hold conversations and introduce anomalies to a scripted play.
I would not be surprised we already have some of those around.
The botting problem is prevalant in all games/MMOâs, not just WoW. If there was a solution there would be one by now.
You may suggest any methods you may think of through the ingame feedback box but it is not likely that it will be groundbreaking new suggestion.
bruh whats stopping blizzard from detecting bots getting Rank 14 in AV, farming for weeks, 24/7 afk in caveâŚ
