Castsequence macro failing (sometimes) *FIXED

Bro the reset time is too short, years he says

how are saying that?

err no it isn’t, unless you can press a key only as fast as once a second

the macro resets one second AFTER it is pressed last,

dude settle down and learn before arguing

Global Cooldown.

doesn’t apply to key presses otherwise you wouldn’t hear the spell fizzle sound so often

you are going on ignore

I’m starting to get a headache

being so wrong must be exhausting, i feel for you

You got me there

Blockquote /castsequence reset=1 fire blast, phoenix flames, living bomb,
/stopcasting
tell me if that works for you, it doesn’t - thanks and goodbye

well did not work =( for me

that was me just proving a point,

ignore it, its a built-to-fail mage macro

Noooooo, why?

Blockquote that was me just proving a point,
ignore it, its a built-to-fail mage macro

yea saw it, ask asking a higher knowledge if there was a way to make it work, but it seem not :frowning:

Blockquote Noooooo, why?

how ells do know that is working

if you remove /stopcasting the macro works perfectly,

i personally would only ever use /stopcasting when fake casting OR on a macro i want to interrupt anything im doing, eg; a priest macro like

/cast power word: shield
/stopcasting

it kills all actions to cast power word: shield

i understand that, but can you put condition on it that make not stopcasting some spells? Yes/No

(testing thins out as we speek)

you can/could but the parameters are precious few, like;

/stopcasting [channeling]

because /stopcasting only applies to casting abilities or cast sequences

which is not really useful when instead you can do;

/cast [channeling] unstable affliction
/cast drain soul

so /stopcasting [channeling]
will stop casttimer on shadow bolt or just channeling spells like drain soul?

i wouldn’t use it like that, im fairly sure that /stopcasting doesn’t accept parameters anymore but its not like you would need them,

/stopcasting will now stop all casting/channeling spells

you can also do the opposite like; /stopmacro [channeling]

that will ignore keypresses until the spell has finished channeling,

/cast [channeling] unstable affliction
/cast drain soul

will cast unstable affliction when you are channeling drain soul, so it doesn’t need a /stopmacro to stop you clipping the end of the spell channel

what i geting, IF im going to use it. it is for just channeling like drain soul, Mind Flay

but is it a way to stop a spell to be cast. when i casttimer is upp like shadow bolt/unstable affliction. that is not a insta or channeling spell?
(not use drain soul that ofen)
(sory for being curious how thing work and being a pain in the a** for it)

yeah /stopcasting applies to all abilities with a cast timer

ESC key works in exactly the same way though

no problem, i’m happy to help with this sort of stuff

so what im geting is. there is no way stop castimer whit a maco that does not fu**s upp the maco it self
at leest when you have /castsequence in there
