I guess they though that priests are always trained to death and now they can punish you for it.
so if a melee zugzug focus a priest you can probably press shadowword pain on gcd to deal 50k dmg
I think the problem is that the talent calculates something wrong.
I mean at 100k hp it should hit for 15k but i got hit for over 30k non crit (guess cannot crit?)
so i dont know what modifies it.
in df with 400k hp pools it should hit for like 60k but probably will hit for over 100k
thing is if you pick the talent and and nobody attavks you, it is totally wasted slot
