Good evening! Sadly, even with the previous topic’s closure and promise that the problem was fixed, I cannot log into my main character, with the error “character not found”. The in-game ticket as well as the Blizzard web support ticket is stuck in endless loading. I would like to ask for help with this issue, as I have changed devices, networks, restarted the game many times as well as disabled all add-ons.

Same here since yesterday. Same happened on US but it “should” be resolved. Incredibly frustrating to not have some feedback from customer support on EU. The whole guild having the same issue. Missed a RT bcs of this lol.

I can confirm the issue. All my level 80 characters get a “Character not found” message when trying to log in, both guild and non-guild characters.
In general, is there any point in creating a support request with this problem?

The same for me, I can log on my main character for more then a day already.

Same issue here. All players in my guild can’t log in on their main characters after the patch.
And zero feedback from blizzard about this problem.

Day 2 after patch – still can’t log in to any of my existing characters. Only newly created ones work.

Greetings!
Said problem appears unresolved since yesterday. I am unable to login on any 80 or not newly created character on my account. The loading screen bar stops at 95%, then sends be back to character selection screen displaying a message “Character not found”. In fact, all my guild has the same problem. I am unable to play the game, except leveling alts, because I can login on newly created characters. I have tried to follow all the support steps, including Stuck Character service, using it also resulted in an error: “We could not complete your request. Please try again or submit a support ticket if the problem persists”. Please be so kind to address this issue: whole guild is unable to play and participate in scheduled raid activities.

from ~04/23/2025 until today 04/24/2025, 10:126 Kyiv time, our entire EU guild - Tauren Milfs https://worldofwarcraft.blizzard.com/en-gb/guild/EU/tarren-mill/tauren-milfs cannot enter the game for characters that are in this game.

Also affected – same guild (Tauren Milfs, Tarren Mill EU). None of us can log in to any of our main characters (existing 80s), only newly created ones work.

Still cant log in to Bivnyk. “Stuck Character service” in not working. “Web Ticket” has infinite loading and cant submit the ticket

The same issue with my main character and characters of another people from the whole guild. 2 of 15 of my characters are not allowed to enter the world.
We lost our RT and it looks like we’ll lose today’s RT too. Nice patch at all. 10/10.
I tried to clear cache, delete WTF configs, delete addons, and reinstall the client. Everything is not working.
For support: Yes, I tried to restart my router. LOL
Please take a look at this issue. It makes me mad really.
