Just wait on the loading screen for an extra couple of minutes after your characters show up then try again I waited for about 10 minutes after my characters showed then logged on fine
Same for Argent Dawn =(

Just logged on to WoW and agrent Dawn loads but not any of my character do.

Same here, first I could not see my characters, now I cant even chaneg the realm, the button is greyed out
Same here (well, almost), changed realm, let it load the character list, and changed back to AD. It seemed it worked, but about 20 seconds after logging in on the realm, I got disconnected. I logged back in, and got disconnected again soon.
Something funny is going on
I get a black screen on the character select screen - after a few mins my characters list load in.
I try to enter game on any character, it gets stuck on 75% load screen and then boots me back to the character select screen saying “Character not Found”.
My characters have appeared after some time spent on the character screen but after a very long loading screen I got booted back to character screen with the message: Character not found.
Yep just happened to me also.
