Got exactly the same kind of problem am under the map and Self service and ticket dont work

Try to spam SPACE + W while in the Loading-Screen, I managed to load without getting dc’ed like that and it solved this issue…

Please! Im stuck for the second time with in two hours and cant do anything. Tried everything. this is silly… fix it please.
Set overall graphics to 1, spam jump when you log in, it will take a few login attempts
Use this link if you are in the US, just change the US to EU if needed. Had the same problem but this work for me

How though? I managed to get out of the issue after numerous attempts and only visited here because I was wholly unable to make a ticket as whatever I pressed in the support section only brought me to the self help service.
