Anyone know how long these problems usually takes for blizz to fix? Got one day off a week, and of course I can’t login today…

Got the same thing. But I picked my realm by hand. Got a black screen for character selection. Had to wait a bit for them to load then could not get in.
Started working as a couple of minutes ago on Quel’thalas.
fixed for draenor now.
I’m guessing a couple hours more tops. That’s generally how long it takes to troubleshoot these kinds of server issue.

Oh how random they put it down today on election day on purpose trust me. They dont want the servers to be floaded with discussion and trash talk. This is 100 procent on purpose from blizzard, this is a smart move by blizzard, but really annoying cause i wanna play! They will get up again when the election is over. Have patience
That… would be a bit silly considering this is EUROPEAN World of Warcraft. We currently have no elections, and the US election, regardless of how big a dumpster fire that is, has nothing to do with the EU and certainly not games games managed by and played by Europeans.
If any kind of politically motivated shutdown were to happen it would have occurred during the Paris or Vienna shooting, since those were actual European events.

It is just the usual blizzard errors that we seem to have all the time these days.
Just wait, on launch day for SL, you will find your computer missing, deleted or turned upside down somehow…
