Role Playing Game. Ergo. You play a role.
The people you are decrying as ruining YOUR immersion, (no emotionally charged hyperbole there obviously) are roleplaying as being carried around on a bike. Role Playing game. finger guns See how it works?
But lets get down to the real crux of the matter.
You don’t give a stuff about the RPG part, or the fact that people are running around on a chafeured chopper.
You’re just annoyed they choose to o so around you, and you’re unhappy that someone doing something in THEIR immersion is somehow inferior to YOUR immersion and ergo needs to be removed from your safe space.
And yet you accuse me of emotionally reacting? i’m not the one complaining about someone on a set of pixels being in your view or sound range for a few seconds.

Why should anyone feel compelled to respond to your toxic spewing? Why do you have such bloated self importance that you can respond to people in such nasty ways and expect a full considered retort to your dramatic preening? You have a long way to go when learning to talk to people.
Not one critic of this thread has been able to explain in a tempered way how an Orc dressed in a tuxedo ferrying around a lvl 1 Blood Elf is not immersion breaking.
It is the very definition of immersion breaking.
If you dont think the game should be immersive then go play an FPS or minmax an RTS instead. This is an RPG above all else
Bikes are cool, bikermeetings are fun. But I agree, this isn’t Easyrider or Daytona, it’s a fanatsy game. Going to look even more stupid than the waterstriders invasion because people used other mounts as well.
I’d say remove them completely from starting zones and let them be allowed in cities only, where there are more shards and more variety of mounts. Walking for 20 lvls (or rather 10 after the squish) when they raised lvl speed and we all are decked out it looms really really shouldn’t be a problem for anyone but the laziest of the lazy bums.
Alternative solution is giving us horse and cart for humans, taxi cars for goblins, double-decker buses for worgen, ferrys on wheels for Kul Tirans… oh well maybe not after all…
Just ban them.
And PS. If they have to stay, I want the chauffeurs looking like proper sexy bikers, not like some weird caricature of capitalists(?)
hello I think maybe we should remove horses from the game, i mean horses exist probably only on earth??? i havent seen proof of horses anywhere else and this is a fantasy game and real things shouldnt be in fantasy
