Just for the record, there is nothing, zilch, nada, niente, in the ToS, EULA or anywhere else that says a player can not use multiple accounts and /or characters to play WoW as a Business simulation and try to control the auction house.
I controlled literally the entire EU market for fireworks and Goblin Gliders for multiple months, and still dominate the EU fireworks market from the beginning of December until jan 2nd every year (If the box doesn´t have an exploding gnome on it, it’s a cheap knockoff 
). Absolutely nothing against he rules about it.
Though as a PSA, smoking near the bank in Stormwind on Thrall-EU is hazardous around that time of year, especially if you see a mechagnome with a backpack that has sparks coming out of it walking back and forth from there to the AH 
So if you´re reporting him specifically for that, which appears to be the case, then your reports are effectively 100% worthless, very much akin to calling the police just because someone has their car parked in their own driveway and it happens to be a brand that you don’t like. You not liking it doesn`'t make it illegal 
If on the other hand you have actual proof of him botting or otherwise cheating, send it to hacks@blizzard.com

he just sell beo item… beo item only 1 server not region wide!!! and when u try to sell beo item u have alot of rival its impoosible to fight 16 server and be always number 1 in list
You can believe whatever you want, but in reality it´s much easier than you seem to think, and completely legal.
Some players raid, some players run m+, and some players spend all day gaming the auction house using tools and mechanics that blizzard often provides themselves. For example, you buy BoEs on a low population realm for cheap, put them in your warbank, and then sell them on a high pop realm for profit. And there are still countries where people can literally earn more by doing this for 8h /day than they can by working a regular 9-5 Job.
Either way, just because you don´t understand the simple mechanics behind it doesn´t make it a cheat. Maybe watch a few dozen goldmaking videos on youtube by people like studenalbatroz until you understand the basics of what´s actually going on before you accuse people of cheating.
Because people have been doing the exact same thing for well over a decade with anything that can be tranferred between realms, for example pets. 
BTW, I´m not saying he’s not cheating, /botting, though I didn´t see anything illegal on your stream when you posted it (which is btw arguably both advertisement and an attempt to circumvent the rules about naming and shaming other players, both of which are e4xplicitly forbidden)… I´m saying the basic premise of why your accusing him is massively flawed, because it completely ignores the mechanics of the game.
PS: What´s almost more concerning is that what you´re doing borders on stalking him ingame, and now trying to let everybody know via your twitch stream who he is in an attempt to garner support for your quest to see him punished… which is in and of itself effectively reportable as harassment, and actually potentially even a full blown crime in some locales such as Germany. I.E. it could literally land you in prison, especially if it turns out that your accusations of foul play are not actually true… And for what, because you think he might be cheating in a goshdarn videogame??

The actual truth is that i don´t know the least thing about the dude, we just happen to have the same opinion on most things because we live in and accept the same objective reality, as do you
At the end of the day, we won´t be silenced, or banned, because every single time we´re not the ones trolling or overstepping the rules. There might be an edit or 2 to appease their fragile egos, and that´s about it.

But, fun fact, if someone really does go overboard to the point where it´s negatively impacting other´s game experience, Blizzard do take note and act accordingly. Because at the end of the day, that´s what it´s all about, other people’s ingame experience.
Piratesoftware, who used to be a blizzard employee himself, has a short on youtube about how many years ago his guild absolutely dominated the AH on their realm for IIRC a few weeks, literally buying up every single item so the AH was empty 24/7.
And Blizzard eventually reached out and told them to “stop please”, in slightly more stern terms
But of course some skriptkiddie who disagrees with someone playing the game differently than they do or is jealous of others having ingame gold has all the info that blizzard doesn´t already have and can identify a cheater just by the username, just as another clueless little troll has the perfect solution to botters and cheaters that nobody in the history of gaming has ever tried before
I mean, come on, the same person both buying AND selling gold? How stupid can accusations even get? You either buy it becasue your too lazy and /or incompetent to earn it yourself, or you sell it because others are too lazy and /or incompetent to earn it themselves… there is no “Buy gold cheap sell it for a profit” flipping, at least onot on any level that a single player could influence or participate in to any appreciable degree, that´s literally organized crime /botting mafia territory, if it exists at all.
Oh, right, I forgot, that mafia doesn´t exist, we just have to ban 5000 bots a week instead of +/- 300,000 every 6 months and the problem will just magically go away. Because not only are bots never updated, much less a multi million dollar industry that employs professional programmers and pays them better than most game studios, but math doesn´t exist either and 300k is less than 130k
