Human rogue…
There is only one choice. Human Ret Paladin with the greatest set in the game along with the ashbringer.
In all seriousness the fantasy of human paladin is pretty cool and just feels right for the true Warcraft 2/3 feels. Argent Dawn EU is a nice realm just stay away from the inns in Stormwind and Goldshire.
I have mostly Horde characters and only 1 alliance which is a Draenei DK! If i had to pick a new one probably lighforged draenei or void elf would be my choice.
now i am just thinking a human rogue ore a dwarf rogue.
and when i got my lightforged il make a pally
bud what to choose a human rogue ore dwarf rogue
Dwarf hunter/warrior is classic. Go with human!
im know what im gonna do
a human rogue and when i can il make a lightforged dreanei pally
bud thanks to all of you who replyd in this thread.
knowing myself i was able to make a descinion way faster than i normaly would.
thank you and have a nice day!
Light Draenei paladin sounds cool yes! Void elf Shadow priest too! Dark iron Dwarves warlock!
Dwarf Paladin - Cos Dwarfs are cool and if you want to be a Paladin then why not not be just another generic human?
Iron Dwarf Shaman - Coolest Totems the Alliance will get. Also, Elemental is incredibly powerful at the moment
Night Elf Druid - Any spec really, just as long as you remember that tree that burnt down!
Human Death Knight - In all honesty, I hate Humans but really if you want to just sink into the lore (not RP) and get truly immersed then why not play as a Human with an already interesting/depressing past and have them reunite a far flung human culture?
Why don’t you have more Alliance-character? I’m at 10:6 ratio atm, there can’t be enough diversity!
I am the opposite way, don’t have a single Horde character and about 5 level 120 Alliance. Each to there own I suppose. In answer to you question a Gnome Mage is the answer. You are tiny yet you kick complete and total backside. Plus that bee mount coming soon was made for a Gnome. Pure awesome!
if you already plan to play a lighforged dranei pally later on, i would not make another dranei first.
most of my toons are NEs, they’re pretty cool from a lore/fantasy prospective, and shadowmeld is a life/time saver, particularly if your class does not already have a feign death/vanish ability, and some mob bugs in combat with you.

Then start getting one. Or use at least the next boost with the upcoming expansion on a classic Horde-character (Orc, Belf, …) so you get instantly a high level chara.
Except none of their old established lore matches the game, where they’re portrayed as these worst punching bags of all playable races, and through the course of WoW, the writers managed to do a complete 180 on them, from the fierce ancient warriors to the incompetent hippie sissies, effectively ruled by a human child
Alliance races are really dull other than dwarves, and their bfa story is also dull too other than drustvar storyline
Well because most of my alliance friends stopped playing and orc was my favorite race on warcraft 3.
To be fair, most Alliance-races have a permanent story-presence across ALL mediums, especially the books and comics. Therefore they try to balance it a bit out. On top of that, we finished the overall story-arc for the Alliance in Legion (Argus) just recently.
Besides, the Moria-storyline has been cut according the leaks… if you want to believe the current leaker.
I’ve tried many races now and, honestly, I always end up playing humans in the end. My main is a human mage, it’s just that with other races I don’t feel involved into the story as much as a human.
Plus, I’m a classic lover (not classic wow, classic things in life), but aside from that if you only look this from a convenience pov, humans are still one of the best choices due to their reputation boost and anti stun racial, very handy! If you like classics I’d go maybe with human paladin, so you have a nice and smooth experience overall.
Dwarfs rule !!
Pick a DH. No joke.
You will skip old world leveling - good for you.
Only NE playable on Alliance side - no struggles with race pick. Good for you.
You will have NE racial vanish - good for you.
You will be unkillable in solo PvE because of sustain - good for you.
You will always be in M+ meta as DPS - good for you.
You will always have tank offspec for casual runs - you know, right? - good for you.
You will be stylish, smooth, fast, and you will not be needed in gliders!
In terms of solo play and “other-side” alt, DH is #1 pick.
Sorry i dont want one. Cannot connect at all with any of the Horde races. Just the way it is, I am sure there are Hordies who are the same. Like I said, each to their own.
