Class trial character locked wrongfully

A recent answer on a similar topic reveals that it was intended to be locked, that you used it as an AH alt is unfortunate but it’s not something they will recoup for you:

Hello Ohum, Class Trial characters are currently disabled as we work to resolve a related issue.
