You can leave PvE and RP realms out of that equation as these guys would rather quit the game, than leave their realm confort zones. That gives us 27,1% A : 72,9% H. No instead we should enable HvH in open world, and Alliance should have united faction untill it somehow becomes majority faction then HvH should be turned off and AvA put on instead.
