I had a look at the tickets you’ve been making and while you might not like the answer you’ve received, there is no other answer you’re going to receive. Being able to talk to someone 1-2-1 is not going to change that.
Your main question is not looking for “normal support” and is a larger question for the Developers/Community so would be more suited to the General Discussion Forums rather than asking Customer Support.
We’re all working from home still so chatting with online players is kept for when we need additional information to help them with their issue.
