so stitcmasters are not a faction with their own rep rewards(you just need to be necrolord to unlock it), it was not stated to be open world rep.

First of all, it’s stitchmasters.
Secondly, from his message it’s clear he means neutral factions. Not ones tied to the minigames to each covenant unaccessible by other players.
There’s no sub faction for Kyrians.
