Did you create a ticket? They will look into it. Be sure you submit it to the bug report ingame, so they know what happened.

The fix was for Night fae, but im Venthyr. Maybe because it dont work for me.

We did implement a hotfix for this which will prevent any new cases, though it may not have fixed every existing case retroactively.
If youāre still having problems with this, first check for any available quests in your current covenant. Weāve seen a lot of cases resolved by simply getting your first soulbind. Also try returning to Oribos and relogging there.
If that doesnāt work, or you have no quests available, please contact support directly so we can investigate further and manually heal up characters where needed.

I am also stuck with first chapter incomplete after swapping covenant on the first night, would appreciate some help.

The fix did not work for meā¦Iām Venthyr (was Night Fae) and now i competed chapter 3!! But my chapter 1(Sinfall) is still unfinishedā¦and i have only 2/9 instead 3/9 ā¦please fix it in Venthyr covenant.
So Blizzard is telling me to open a ticket which I will wait another 10 days to be answered if I still have the problem. The hotfix which they āimplementedā clearly did not work for the majority of players including me. Cannot believe how it is possible that Blizzard cannot fix a clearly simple bug for more than almost 2 weeks.

I swapped from Venthyr to Night Fae and completed the āFor Queen and Grove!ā Chapter of the Covenant Campaign, however my quest log is saying I havenāt completed this. It is only showing that I have complete the āTorghastā Chapter.
As a result I canāt purchase rewards from my Covenant which require two Chapters to be completed.

I have this problem too, switched from Night Fae to Kyrian and now chapter 1 is marked incomplete while chapter 2 is done.
Same here, but with Kyrian. I chose Night Fae at first, completed the first 1 chapter, and then switched to Kyrian. I did all the quests for Kyrian but the first chapter āAmong the Kyrianā do not appear as complete and cannot get the mount. Whatās worse, I cannot access threads of fate, which is good for leveling alts.
Iām concerned I wonāt be able to continue my campaign on Wednesday if they wonāt fix this bug, since chapter 1 of the covenant campaign does not appear as completed.

I was Venthyr. I done chapter 1. I switched to Night Fae, done the starting quests for chapter 1 for the Night Fae.
Then chapter 1 (For Queen and Grove!) was not checked on my campaign for them, but chapter 2 is after I done that. I have already somehow done some things in my covenant which I should have gotten quests for and now I cannot progress at all in my covenant due to not receiving any quests at all.
I have checked my progression on wowhead and multiple quests checked. My character is 100% stuck in a limbo.
Apparently this has been fixed?..
I have tried EVERYTHING. No addons, gone to Oribos. Switched Warmode ON/OFF.
Please help Blizzard. My character is stuck! Itās unplayable!

Same issue here, switched from necrolord to night fae, made a ticket, got a very generic response that provided no sollution

I have the same Problem after switching from Kyrian to Venthyr and was thinking about it for quite a while now. The ticket didnt help of course but i guess the Problem is caused by the conduits which you get at your first covenant, which u probably used and therefore making it impossible to use the conduits from your second covenant ( it is part of the quest). I just think the progress is counted as you put the conduits into your covenant forge. Guess we just have to wait until blizz fixes this somehow.

I do have the same problem.
Iāve been Kyrian before, but Instantly switched to Ventyr, did the first two Chapters there. Now I switched back to Kyrian, finished the first Chapter there, while the Second Chapter shows as finished.
I found an Support Article (Article ID: 278268) where it states the issue got fixed and it states to āPlease try again.ā
How am I supposed to try again? I donāt have the last quest anymore. Neither can I pick it up againā¦

Same issue. Switched from Venthyr to Kyrian. Got my 2nd and 3rd chapter quests completed and ticked but still 1st campaign quest āāAmong the Kyrianāā remains uncompleted and not have tick on it.
Edit: After my ticket GM responded me nicely and fixed the bug.

I havenāt been able to do anything after renown 4 on my rogue. Been missing out on mission table companions and furthering the campaign in general. Going to suck when its like this when reset hitsā¦
