You can do all this at peak times, most servers with low pops can.
Yes peak times are usualy when we find the most players, kinda obvious.
Also, players can group and find activities all day long rather easily.
Even by night there are still a couple of people advertising and grouping for dungeon.
Also I dont know if thats a part reason is that WoW retails new expansion just released and many people are curious into it.
Do you remember it did happen when Cataclysm was released and our server died, then getting back when ph4 was about to release.
Too sad we have too many WoW games which people jump and jump in different time.

Yeah, they wanted to re-release Vanilla, but now it’s a whole ice cream shop we have.
Some players don’t know what to pick, others want all flavours.
But at the end of day I don’t think it’s beneficial for the communities servers to have players constantly splitting every 3 months because now there is also tasty chocolate and mango.
