Instant 70 and 100k gold for alliance players to have at least some incentive to play alliance? Or maybe a flying 600% mount to numb their what it feels like endless pain of enduring the fact that theyre playing alliance? Guide us oh wise one!

Blizzard decided long before TBCC to just ignore the growing faction imbalance problem (that horde’s long queues just are a symptom of). Or rather they even made it much worse by selling boosts so everyone could roll horde for all the pro’s.
Now they’re removing the single con that the horde faction had and at the same time all the con’s end up on the alliance side. Anyone with a pea-sized brain can see that this will just screw the game over even more and faster just like how boosts escalated the problem.
Open your eyes and take a look at WHY you have big queues. What do you think having all pro’s on one side and all con’s on the other will do to faction balance in the long run? Yeah, pretty much everyone will be horde. That’s not really healthy for a game who’s foundation is based in conflict between TWO factions.
I’m sad to say it but I’m with Martel on this one. It’s beyond repair. Back to private-servers is the only option left if you want a more classic experience imo.

Is it healthy that one faction can blackmail their enemy faction out of gear they need to win in other field of battle? Cause thats what alliance people are doing, they arent queing cause they already have their gear, wake up ally boi!

And no, I’m horde. Or well, I don’t play the game anymore tbh since a few weeks.
I think you missed the point, you dont acquire gear for war based on enemys terms. And thats why the system is flawed as we are facing this minmax culture allover as it is 15 year old game. But keep telling yourself that the only lore like way to get gear is to slay the opponents side and not do for example battle exercises (which HvHs are).
