They needed to not have cross realm pvp until last phase in classic, but that ship sailed long ago, didn’t see any of you crybabies complain about that.

I wouldnt play a faction with a constant victim complex, reroll’s not an option, so HvH is actually a good change

  1. Give Alliance free respecing
  2. Transform all the PVE servers to PVP or remove BGs and arenas in PVE servers.
  3. Implement xfaction BGs with 10min buffer que. Meaning - xfaction BG activates for ppl who have sit on que more than 10min.

And you see alot better balance on PVP servers with those 3 changes.

Horde gonna always have longer ques, even with 50/50 balance in PVP servers (~60A/40H region wide then).

Faction transfers will never balance the PVP servers, maybe in wotlk.

And xfaction BGs should be a thing

With only the xfaction BG option, PVP servers will begin moving to direction of monofaction servers. Thats the main argument alliance has against HvH and it makes sense.

They should compensate HvH somehow for alliance

please enlighten us how they’ll compensate a faction that mostly plays PvE when the main focus of HvH is PvP.
just so you don’t confuse your little mind. PvE and PvP are 2 separate aspects of the game. how do you balance an aspect that’s completely irrelevant in this issue?
or let’s put it into more popular aspects of life:
how do you gender balance a sport where male and female will NEVER compete against eachother.
WHY would you need to balance it?

Ratio is bad, queues show that. Horde racials are stronger in general and this is not my opinion, it’s horde players one

Compensation idea: In PVP servers, respecing cost is in correlation with faction balance - 50/50 both have 50g cap. 33.3/66.6 smaller faction has cap 0g and bigger still 50g. Respec discount is fluid regarding to faction balance deviation from 0% to 100%. (Deviation of 0 being 50/50 and 100 being 33.3/66.6)

As long as Blizz has some what realtime data on server balances, it is easily implemented.
