Yeah, battle pets apparently have genders. My Ironbound Proto-Drake is a girl while my Nether Faerie Dragon is a boy.

Does she drop dead when she overheats/gets exited/makes physical effort/etc?
Boys can wear flowers too, I don’t think sloths really tend to have societal constructs like stereotypes, either.

if it didn’t have the flower it could be male or female, didn’t think it was that hard to understand. i like my sloth to have no gender so i can decide if i want to give it a cute girls name or if i want to give it a boys name. like dottie bij the looks it can be male or female mine is female because i decided to give it a girls name.
Why can’t it be a male sloth wearing a flower?

What is hard to understand is why it can’t be a male. You will notice the druid has a flower on his hair and yet doesn’t look very feminine

this was a massive fail by blizztard once again, you have to wait 5 months to get the pet and everyone gets it even if they do not donate

Doesn’t matter to me if everyone has it. There’s other things that make it ‘special’.
What makes it special is that it’s the only sloth ingame.
What makes it special is that it can ride around on your back.
And it’s just cute.
