hey if I deleted a wow account will I lose achievements or mounts?
if I have 2 wow accounts in my Battle net and I want to delete 1 of them and keep the main one.
will it have any effect if some achievements I got from characters on wow2?

Most achievements and mounts are Blizzard account wide,s o those would not be lost. So those would be available on your other characters/accounts as well (on the same Blizzard account).

that’s scary word “most” what does it mean ? is there a chance I lose an achievement or mount if I delete a wow licencee out of my battle net account ?
It means exactly what it says.
Most achievements and mounts are account wide, but not all. If you had a mount or achievement that is not account-wide, and deleted the account you earned it on, then yes you would lose that achievement / mount. However those achievements / mounts are extremely rare nowadays.
