Demon hunter characters created during war within can not get the legion intro quest

The Legion intro is slightly different for demon hunters as they have their starting zone as part of it. My guess is you didn’t finish the intro part in Stormwind which takes you to Dalaran.

According to your character’s quest tracker, you haven’t completed The Call of War, which should be your next quest in the chain
