Would you actually envisage both factions using the same hub?
Or just that the H/A get revamps at different times aligning with the stories?
Unless Bloof Elves become neutral, I would like seeing it separated

I have no idea about other realms but on AD Stormwind is very alive. It’s the biggest rp hub, I can imagine on other servers it’s much more quiet with having everything in Valdrakken.

There is no reason to go into the capital cities. You can do everything from your person in the open world. I haven’t been to a capital city in two months.

I would imagine the RP aspect keeps the older cities more alive.
In the context of utility services that cities offer, such as auction houses. Do you usually take snippets of what people say out of context?

but you can use it outside of combat i often use it to get around faster i think thats a pretty neat utility you just dont wanna say you are wrong its fine you dont have to

Mage portals are utility? But the mage portals in SW made by npcs arent?
I honestly can’t stand Stormwind anymore, after they made it the main hub of everything. To me Stormwind is the symbol of when they took the RPG out of WoW.

Portal’s are utilitity spells for traversal
Portals are a transportation service. Just like a mount, they aren’t utility services the same way banking and auction houses are. You are taking what I said out of context and trying to twist it. I’m not going to argue your subjective opinion on something. If you don’t like it too bad.
