It’s a cross over event in WoW. You can totally ignore it if you don’t want the toys and achies.

As I suspected mine all came back true. It’s the mis spending in my case that needs fixing.
I could get another quest in the Inn today to find a coin but that’s not much use to me.

somehow i’m missing Sneed. Toy and all Achievments.
Did one Toy yesterday on my main and today evcerything else on one of my alts.
Quest on my alt says i should get a coin in the inn where the quest starts but i collected that coin with my main yesterday.
both end in a LUA error for me.

I looted all foils and coins but I am still missing the gold Sneed toy, I need 1 more coin to complete all of the achievements. Guess I’ll just wait for now and if it’s not fixed by next week then I’ll see if support can help me out.
I also ran the scripts and they confirm I have collected them all.
Edit: I just logged on a alt and I now have the Gold Sneed achievement

I’m also missing 1 Rumble Foil. I sent a support ticket about it.
Poop - I am the opposite, I appear to have the foil but missing a coin and went to all locations 
Just to add in, again;
- Tested macro, again; All come back as true
- Checked spawn points for foils; None are there
- Still missing “Warcraft rumble minis, new look!”, “Rumble Minis, All the looks!”, “Warcraft Rumble Minis, Sneed’s new look”, “Warcraft rumble minis, Sneed’s newer look!”
So everything is still very much bugged and unsolvable by any person affected.
Progress is account wide; Entire Bnet-wide — so even having seperate accounts but under same Bnet does not help.
Hope for solution soon.

Ah! in my case, I was trying to finish it all while in Org, when I popped back to Valdrakken was able to upgrade the final one for me and have all the looks👍
… hope others get a resolution soon.

Im missing 2 foils to get the achievement. Very frustrating because I could see exactly what happened!
2 of them despawned when I clicked on them. Maybe it was because someone else clicked at the same time?
Checked back with an alt and they arent there so… poop 
On Cyl I could upgrade 2 to the newer version, and then the quests for the foils disappeared. I could only get a coin quest, and I had already turned all those in lol. Relogging didn’t help, I was stuck. Sent the foils to a horde alt on which I had done the Orgrimmar bit, the foil quests were there for her and I managed to get it all finished.
Hope everyone who has run into unsolvable issues gets it all sorted out!
Until when can you collect the achievements and the figures?
A fix is coming!!

It MAY be here.
Having ended up one Foil short, I just idly clicked on the Rumble machine upstairs at the Inn, and automatically received one Foil.
When I clicked on the machine a second time, it showed me just one available quest, the one I was missing, to make the second upgrade to Maiev.
On doing that, I got the last two achievements from the set, so my figurines are complete and I am now all done.

Same I got my foils by clicking on the machine last night, each click got me one missing foil and both second upgrade quests were then visible (and only those quests) and I got my achievement done.

Aye, saw the hotfix posted on Wowhead last night logged in and RP’ed kicking the machine for my foils.
Happy it worked.
