Myriad goat milk cheeses are produced around the world

Because Mozzarella is traditionally made from Italian buffalo’s milk and not from the milk of a cow
Sure, there are Cow milk, Sheep’s milk and Goat’s milk variants too, but it suposed to be buffalo’s milk
Maybe you were lucky and ate one of those, not the cow’s milk kind :thinking:
