I’m a pretty visual person but sounds are the most important thing for me.
I’ve only randomly stumbled upon asmr, esp. some celeb stuff, but I’m checking out your tips now ^^

Visual when learning new stuff, otherwise, I too prefer sounds for sleep - after all, just gazing at the screen only keeps you awake. 
Another nice pick for relax 
add some thunder, and you’re golden.
(and here I don’t like thunder IRL as I’m better off turning my laptop off and cease gaming, unless I want a thunderstrike nearby - which killed our old TV. So can’t take risks, electronics cost more than 10 bucks!)

yep - got 2 barn owls opposite my house, i love listening to them
I love a good thunderstorm - if its nearby (within 3 miles) then i jump in my car and essentially chase them
