i went to a restourant called “rosita” and ordered they’r chicken.
it was a chicken with potatoes, a piece of bread and a special sauce they make. the thing is that in this place they dont give you knifes or forks, you eat with your hands. and, the chicken was tasty! but the sauce, it was so G O O D

I recom those korean/japanese sweets videos they explain it rly good and if u have a hand for it its quite easy to make. Before i became toptier nurse i was doing cakes n stuff for a living
