I think you have a certain amount of likes you can give out in a given time period and yesternight I’ve used all up and my like-pool not “regenerated” yet

Blizzard gave us a certain amount of likes, so we can’t abuse it, I guess or likely to prevent notification spamming.
If it regenerates, let say, in a 6 hours time period, then I probably ran out likes X hour : 48 or something like that; I’m lazy to search it back, but I remember lamenting about I can’t give likes to Clown
