Do NOT delete this thread strikes again! (maybe)

So it’s like Seinäjoki here, everyone has some expensive ride (not necessarily a Lamborghini but you get the point). And beer is costly as hell so even a happy hour won’t be cheap.

Here’s one, anyways.

Ugh, not into beer (or anything sparkly with the exception of prosecchino or champagne :sunglasses: :clinking_glasses: ) but looks tasty! Must be good with pizza! Or focaccia!

I understand that…sometimes it’s difficult even for some of us, Ticino has the lowest wages in CH (still way higher than Lombardy though) but the prices are the same as in Zurich… I’m lucky with mine but other’s aren’t that much…

That looks really good, I never considered focaccia for a cheese and ham toastie before.

Hmm, think I have a quick and easy recipe somewhere for the bread… :open_book: :bowl_with_spoon:

Not long got back from a holiday which visited the west coast of Italy, not much time to stop and properly sample the local cusine sadly.

Before I even think about cooking, need to get my lazy self outside and cut the grass before it rains. :cloud: :cloud_with_rain: :running_woman:

Not sure about the wafer ham? but I like brie, but if I used brie might be tempted to add cranberry, or redcurrant jelly.

All this food first thing, gonna need another coffee now…

or honey and nuts. but the smoked ham gives that salty taste that is perfect.
Dunno about berries. Normally i dont use it but in sudtirol (the zone where speck is done) they put it everywhere

I need to try more food variation, sounds like I might be missing out.

I have tried proscuitto ? and parma ham before, but the texture feels annoying, I prefer chunky ham.

the top ham part look like a genuinely nice sandwich…

the rest is just no creativity if you ask me just chuck lots of the same things together…

they could of at least mixed them together a bit to make it look more appealing…

i dunno about you but i’d hate to try to comsume that bottom section … or the cheese section as it is there.

and that egg section… that is waaaayyy to many eggs… you’d be bloated to all hell if u ate that xD

all n all

top half 7/10 (if u remove 75% of those eggs)

bottom half 1/10
