Pancakes is such a weird dish.
It’s served for dinner when it’s practically a dessert. Especially here where it’s served with whipped cream and jam.
I need to beef it up if I’m having pancakes.

Actually in Hungary we have a beefed up version
Literally, with beef, called “Hortobágyi húsos palacsinta” (for some reason usually it is translated to Meat-Filled Crepes )

started briging cardio back into my workout yesterday…
walking/running been neglecting it last 4 months… just been doing bodyweightworkouts to maintain shape instead…
usually i run for 1 hour and end up sweating a lot by the end, to my surprise yesterday i ran 1 hour and didnt sweat at all…
could be a sign that i am now in good shape.
on top of that no aches today even though it was my first run in months…

I really like pancakes with cheese and ham…
just went to go up the shop to get some shopping.
and was greeted by 17 magpies in my front garden…
i dont think i have ever seen that many all in one place in my life.
I’m a purist, lemon and sugar is my favourite pancake “topping”

Now i feel old - i was 34 in 2005…
dont worry bud, i WORK with someone who was born in 2005.
they are old enough to work now apparently…
was talking to them the other week like… “yea when i left highschool in 2000”…
they interjected with “i was not even born then” lol xD
And next year they can learn how to drive, at least in my country.

interestingly… i have more intelligent conversations with that person than most the people i work with who are older than i am…
