I’m going to nope out on this…the texture looks weird and the thought of eggs with spaghetti bolognese…eh
It’s not bolognese, it’s tomato sauce.
In fact spaghetti bolognese dont exist. They are spaghetti with ragù.
We have lasagne bolognese. And yes, the one starney used is tomato sauce.

Hmmmmm… still going to nope out…
In Ticino we say “spaghetti alla bolognese” but here it’s a mix of proper Italian and Swiss influences (in the language but also with cooking etc.), there are other differences with standard Italian language such as “comandare” instead of “ordinare” (derived from French, Ticino remained in Switzerland also thanks to Napoleon so there are many influences from that era too) or “natel” instead of “cellulare” and so on. 
There was actually a time during the 1850-60s, Garibaldi era, when there was some sympathy for Italy and some “Italian pride” movements but it ended very quickly after the early 1900s when Ticinese realized how different their Swiss liberal mindset was compared to the Italian monarchy and political system, and WW2 was the turning point where that “Italian” sentiment was over for good.
