more strength to ya bud…

i plan to get back to it within a week…

and reach new heights… got new equipmentment now which will take me to levels i never been before…

can’t wait. :muscle:

there is a part of my job where i chuck reworked dough into a bowl… i been purposely stacking the rework to 50kilos before lifting it for the extra training.

all about finding the workout where ever you can ^^

struggled the first few times but now its up and over without much hassle… persistence pays…

bench is increasing too … currently sat at 85kilo… 187lbs… with the set goal of reaching 100kilos by march

that is 85kilo is 15kilo heavier than i actually weigh myself.

so tech repping over own bodyweight for 25 reps :stuck_out_tongue:

still searching for my limit ^^

too achy to go shopping walking like a old man in his 80’s with asthma… so i legitimately eatting a block of cheese straight out the fridge. lol

bon appetit :cheese:

nvm i will level it up a bit and put mustard and mayo on 2 slices of bread and put the entire block between it…

welcome to the creation of the “brick sandwich”

Jesus… how many kg’s is this?

25kilos easy…

tbh makes sense having it in one sandwich or this would have to happen…

Judging by the bread slices and the cheese block’s length, height and width?
3kg. 5kg at top
Depending of the tipe of cheese of course +/- 1kg; it looks like a semi-hard cow’s-milk cheese, like our Trappista or medium-hard, like a Gruyère.
Tho’ the colour…? Could be Semi-soft cheese, Port Salut maybe?

What are you? The cheese expert?

To be honest, yes, I’m quite a turophile :cheese:
Thats seems like a toast bread slice, those are more or less the same size everywhere
Not that big I mean.
The cheese block seems trice of the lenght of the slice, and around the same hight of a “standing” slice
The usual wheel of cheese with the same dimensions is around 1.5-2.5 kg
Usually
But as I said, the type is important, the density of the cheese

depends heavily on the type of cheese …

some cheese is heavier than it looks.

cheddar for example that size is 10kilos. maybe more than that

EDIT:nope wait i take it back cheddar is 5 kilos that size

EDIT2: i should really know that…

7 years ago making in a past job making carbonara… used to grate those blocks daily

dont miss those days… 4 hours a day grating cheese >.>

at least the grater was electric

Its a weird site. It sells very high level things and junk. Not necesserely price related.
