We have a saying, don’t know if it has an English equivalent, but it translates into “a hundred times nothing killed the donkey”, which describes my day at work quite well.
Anyway, hope everyone is having a nice Valentines day?
This is one of the two times in a year when flowers are being extensively sold, the other being Women’s Day.
This is when I wonder how florists manage to cover their expenses. If it weren’t for wives and the women, how do they earn enough?

You forgot the Solemnity of All Saints, the first of November and All Souls’ Day, the Commemoration of All the Faithful Departed, the 2nd of November
In Hungary “Halottak Napja” (Day of the Dead) and Midnenszentek napja ( All Saints’ Day)

well, i guess they earn even by people who like to have plants in they’r homes and buy new ones every now and then.
Man like flowers too… 
I for one a romantic fool, who loved when his boyfriend surprised him with a rose
(to be fair, every one of my girlfriends loved that too)
But my grandpa, who was as streight as an arrow, and sportsman (boxing, he knocked out Pap Laci (for Dunkiee, thats said a lot I think)) loved when my grandma brought him a little pot of flower time to time, had his own little garden of my grandma’s gifts

never recieved flowers myself now that i think about it 
anyway, tonight, guess what! I’ll eat Home made Pizza!
wanted to try something different though.
i once went in a restourant in Lazio (well, Pizzeria) and they made a special 
dough, using alongside the other ingredients oregano:
it was really good! so i had the brilliant idea to make the same dough, but the topping i will use one that i ate in a Roman restourant: Pizza with Meatballs!
so i guess this will be an little culinary experiment, shall we say

Myself, craving one of these beauties.
These are Lángos that are filled with ham and cheese.
During my last year at high school, back in 18, a new restaurant opened that focused specifically on Lángos, and us guys, being hungry all the time in hostel (which by the way, makes you creative about your life in general), decided to check it out… oh my goodness, it was a life changing experience!! 
I was beyond broken when I found the place closed barely 2 years later, apparently due to “low traffic” when we met up to hang out, just like old times. So we had to seek out a pizzeria instead.
We’re planning on the 5th anniversary class meeting as of late - and it seems the majority would prefer to return to “the roots” so it’ll be a meeting at Kecskemét instead of Budapest where the majority of them study at. So, there’s hope I can revisit a good place for nostalgia’s sake!

Funerals, weddings, people in hospitals, men doing wrong things and having to say sorry… I once had a guy buy me flowers just because 
that “relationship” didn’t last long
