Buonasera! I’m going back to Venice, this time on my own with the train (less than 5 hours from my town’s station to Venice S. Lucia with only one change in Milan, not bad!).
And if everything goes right, I will stay in this room, it’s a dream:
Oh nooo! I hate “bollito misto” with a passion, sorry. It was always a punishment when I had to eat it as a kid.

Yeah, problem is that they don’t want to assure me that specific room and that hotel is really expensive for a 3* star!
It’s actually a bit cheaper to rent an executive room with Canal Grande / Venice view at the Hilton Molino Stucky (5* star), it’s actually a bit crazy.
They would put a note though but nothing is promised… I don’t know if it’s worth the risk. 
(first world problems lol)

Enjoy your time in Venice!
I was there a long time ago and it was beautiful but expensive. I remember it having lots of bees near the sea side. And lots of couples on their honeymoon.
I personally prefer Milan.

Paprika Potatoes is today’s lunch! Funnily enough, when I wanted to start cooking is when I found out we were really low on oil at home. So I was like… okay, if the onion burns I’m screwed, but let’s do this anyways.
The result is hot as hell (not just temperature-wise…), but crazy good 
my bargain paid off!
Don’t mind it if the Devil visits this thread soon. He’d be probably… anxious to learn how to make his own concoction.
