They are from the game Doom Eternal as hidden collectibles the player searches for in hidden areas. Every monster has a “toy” to collect which unlocks a full 3d model of the demon that the player can look at in the player’s home ship. When Doom 2016 came out they had the same thing but it was little figures of the Doom Slayer in different colours. When Doom Eternal was released a lot of fans (including me sadly as a huge Doom nerd) all yelled at Bethesda to release the toys from the game in real. They have licensed ten to collect but there is at least 25 to collect in game.
