Good question, would be awsome if someone responds with knowledge:)
We need an extremely wise player to answer this question here
thanks…!
Great advice! Funny, that’s exactly what my guildies talked about yesterday.
I am pretty sure I saw a streamer yesterday opening his vault and not choosing anything, he did his 4x mythics first, and made a choice afterwards from the vault.
Cool, thank you.
how long is the vault open? Until next wednesday reset?
Good call yo! Take advice from this man all, he is right.
For everyone wondering, you can open your vault, see the rewards, go do your daily/weekly chores and then come back and claim the slot that will be your biggest upgrade. Unless ofc you get a 220 weapon, in that case you grab it and run!
What a wholesome thread.
wipes a tear
Amazing, i was so hyped for my items that i almost did exactly that. Now imma wait.
Good advice indeed

Thanks for the advice, friend! You made a lot of people happy today.
I have five items waiting in my vault at 200-213 ilvl and I still have heroic dungeon blues in a couple slots. LFR gear would be an upgrade for those, but I’m not sure it’s worth the time and frustration to do LFR in the first couple days.
Are we sure this is good advice? You can look at the Vault, see the rewards and choose one later. I don’t think the rewards change depending on your current gear, so you might as well go ahead and look what’s in it. To be clear: it is good advice to do the weekly event before choosing a reward from the Vault, as the event rewards 213 gear.
I meant ‘open’ as in ‘pick a reward from’. But yes, you can technically ‘open’ it and check your options without picking anything. Apologize for the confusion.
But if I raid before I choose, will the raid still count towards next week’s vault loot?
Or do I need to pick a reward first to ‘complete’ the vault ‘quest’ so to speak.
Replaced a blue weapon with a 200 ilvl weapon, no contest there!
