Can’t see that from the app. Just seems like they are regular rewards in that zone. I used mine for two 2h weapons, the lariat and and additional One for bracers, but now I would like tò craft both rings and I can’t cause I miss that Little bottle and It seems to have no intention to drop from m+/raid/events/rares/backpacks or whatever.
At this point in the season a more reliable source to get one would be appreciated.
Totally. 1 vault drop sacrificed for 1 Spark seems more than enough at this point of the season. I mean, you need content items anyway so it’s not a free craft for everyone anyway.
Got one drop last night… do approx 8 m+ a week and the epic quest things like hunt, soup etc and collect dirt. I’m online maybe 10 hours a week atm with work/family etc.
World boss again yesterday, and from the feast on another character. I did have a world quest showing a spark bottle as a reward, but it changed after looting from the feast… good luck protection detected 
No matter what, it seems it is impossible for me to gather more than 2 bottlea/week, no matter the alts, neither of them recieved a 3rd one so far
Not that 2/week is a bad tho’, not complainin’
I got one from the Accord weekly chest
Wold quests rewards are tailored to characters, I got very unlucky with drops in the past few weeks, probably that’s why it popped up as a quest reward. I’m glad because it was a guaranteed reward instead of an RNG.

Sparks do not exist. Higher chance at winning the lottery.
I haven’t gotten a spark on my warrior since the implimentation. Its not about the content you do, believe me I have done a ton of M+, raid and pvp, there is no bad luck protection.
Even blizzard undersatod the need for BLP in Legion - I DONT get why we have to experiene the SAME situation again and again. The more and harder content you do should count towards gear progression, its pretty simple.
Whats the pointe in sparks beeing 100% RNG Drop?
If I get a spark 6 months into the tier, its already usless as you will have had a ton of vault options.
Make sparks relevant, one pr week with alt catchup was great.
Why did you have to go ruin it?
I mean, even with the first 5 sparks, you have to complete 50 dungeons to upgrade them. I agree, there is no reason for the sparks to exist. Its already a +5 hour time invenstment pr 405-418 item + gold grind on top.
